With over 30 years of IT consultancy and implementation, Ben brings a wealth of customer experience to every engagement.  He concentrates on Power BI Desktop, including features and functionalities such as Power Query, report modelling, report usability and user experience (including mobile access).  His goal is to ensure users always have great reports with timely data.  He also runs regular training courses and user group meetings.
