OVERVIEW
This training is designed for business users, analysts, team leads, and other professionals who consume Power BI reports but don't build them. Whether you're unsure how to navigate a report or you already use Power BI but suspect there's a lot more it can offer — this session is for you.
We'll teach you how to explore reports, apply filters, save views, and collaborate effectively using the Power BI Service.
This training is built with two lenses in mind: how Power BI should be used according to best practices, and how it's often used in reality. Throughout the session, we'll show you both how to interact with reports in the optimal way — using features like apps, bookmarks, and clear workspace structures — and also how to navigate common setups where things aren't quite ideal (like using reports directly from workspaces or unclear filters). You'll walk away with a solid understanding of how to confidently use the Power BI Service regardless of how mature your organization's setup is.
No prior experience with Power BI needed.
