BI Samurai Pascal became 3rd!

Many very talented people were taking part in this event and the competition was very tough. Therefore, we are extremely happy that Pascal made it to the final and even won 3rd place.

With the Power BI Championship Switzerland, Microsoft wants to give the Power BI community the possibility to challenge themself and prove their skills. As a Switzerland-based company, BI Samurai of course said yes to this challenge and has sent Pascal into the competition.

The dataset which was used to create this report contains average rent prices in Switzerland for the last couple of years. Even though this is very interesting data from which we could get a lot of interesting insights, the main focus when developing the report was different. The report is meant as a showcase that contains a lot of Power BI features, tricks, and hacks. We’re making use of our very own HTML Text Styler and HTML & CSS Viewer custom visual as well as Zebra BI.

Already on the landing page, we can see some interesting elements such as the navigation bar and the table of content with anchor links so the user can easily navigate to what is of importance. We would like to ask everybody to spend a few minutes of their time to look through the report, making sure to always click on the question mark in the top right corner of the page to see how to use the report.
